Thick caramelised onion tartlet with pickled pears & Roquefort dressing (v)


Warm pancetta & roasted red pepper salad, sherry vinaigrette with a paprika croutons & poached egg


Main Course

Slow braised lamb shank with a red wine & mint gravy, parsnip puree & root vegetable crisps


Oven baked plaice fillet, stuffed with a prawn mousse with a brown butter & parmesan crumb on a ragout of tomatoes

all served with a selection of seasonal vegetables and roasted new potatoes



Chocolate & raspberry delice with pistachio ice cream & freeze dried raspberries


Italian bread & butter brioche pudding with almonds, sultanas & crème anglaise
