COVID-19 Update – 11-01-2021

Although we are presently working remotely at the moment, we want to let you know that we are still here for all things office related! Claire and Emily are working this week from the comfort of their own homes (with the kettle constantly on and the biscuit tin at hand!) and are manning the email account so do please send us a message to hello@nbyc.co.uk if you have an enquiry. We will do our best to reply to you as soon as we can.

Subscription and Mooring renewals can still be paid via WebCollect by either selecting the Bank Transfer or Go Cardless payment options, unfortunately we cannot process a card payment over the phone this week.

If you cannot find your subscription renewal email or cannot recall receiving it please do let us know and we will resend it to you.

If you are taking benefit of the Gifted Membership and wish to sign up a friend or relative please follow the steps below:
The process requires you the recipient of the gifted membership to complete the application form on WebCollect by visiting this link:
https://webcollect.org.uk/nbyc/subscription
 
When the recipient of the membership gets to the payment screen they need to select BACS Transfer to complete the application, but are not required to make the payment. Notification of the application will be forwarded to us and we will process in the usual way. We look forward to welcoming new members this year!
