Greetings from your House Committee.
This time of the year is very busy for us on the House Committee – we are busy engaging brains about arranging 2013 season’s events.
During a typical year many social events are organised, either by the local Class fleets or on behalf of the whole Club. These can include the classic “Black Tie” formal dinners, dances and informal suppers. The year starts with the Fitting out supper and ends with the Prizewinners’ dinner, but many other events occur during the season.
Wednesday evening is always popular during the season because of the “informal” racing and practice sessions, but also for the classic fish and chips supper. It’s an opportunity to meet friends in the bar and enjoy the banter. If you would like to come and visit us at the Club we have an open day...(details are as follows)
